Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong items, expired products, or your order contains missing items or incorrect quantities, please file a claim within 7 days of delivery. Include photo documentation of the received package, packing slip, and any discrepancies to verify the issue. Upon claim approval, we will promptly resolve the matter by covering the cost of return shipping, sending a shipping label, and either shipping the correct items or issuing a credit to your account.
Purchased Incorrect Product or Changed Mind
We accept returns for any unopened product, no questions asked. Please file a claim within 15 days of delivery. We will provide a shipping label, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Defective Product
For defective products, file a claim within 15 days of delivery. Once we receive the defective product, we will issue a replacement if applicable.
Unique Cases
We understand that unique situations may require returns for other reasons. Please contact us directly to file a claim. Provide any supporting photos or videos to help us understand the situation and determine how to proceed.

Issuing a replacement is the default method for resolving approved claims. Refunds to the original payment method are not typically issued but may be considered in unique cases with prior approval and authorization.
